• The Return to Player (RTP) rates for all games are regularly verified by independent auditing bodies.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a network disconnection, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• If a software bug or error is discovered in any game, the bets from the affected round may be voided and funds returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jet Bet App. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collecting bonuses or committing fraud through multiple accounts.
